Store Quick Base Data Files in Dropbox
We offer an alternative to Quick Base File Attachment fields when you need to store data files associated with your Quick Base records allowing you to use a separate cloud-based storage service from Dropbox. Storing a file in a folder in Dropbox is just like any other folder on your computer, but with a twist. Any file you save to your Dropbox folder allows you to access them from anywhere, on any device, and share them with anyone.
Upload a single file from your local or network drive(s) to a folder in your Dropbox account
Select one or more files to be uploaded to a folder in your Dropbox account and associate them to the current record in your Quick Base application
Upload multiple files for a single record in your application AND insert one record per selected file into a separate related Quick Base table so additional data for each file can be captured and maintained within your Quick Base application
