  • Third Party Service Providers: We have very limited relationships with third parties to assist us in providing our services to you. Any service provider is contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of information, if any we provide them. The contracts outline the appropriate use and handling of your information and prohibit third parties from using any of your personal information for any purposes. Vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the information we provide to them.​

You may access, review, revise, correct, or delete the personal information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your preferences within our “Juiced Cloud” under Account Settings. If you update any of your information, we may keep a copy of the information that you originally provided to us in our archives for uses documented in this policy.

We currently maintain information protection practices and procedures that comply with industry practice to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of any personal data. Our security program at a minimum, includes: appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards and other security measures designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of Information. Appropriate practices including, but not limited to, encryption of data in transit or at rest; using appropriate firewall and antivirus software; maintaining countermeasures, operating systems and other applications with up-to-date virus definitions and security patches so as to avoid any adverse impact to client’s data; appropriate logging and alerts to monitor access controls and to assure data integrity and confidentiality; installing and operating security mechanisms in a manner sufficient to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations and/or resolving disputes.

Where We Store and Process Personal Information
